Chocolate Bark

When it's rainy and chilly I want to snuggle up in front of the TV with a warm blanket and chocolate!  Can you relate? Here's a ridiculously easy recipe......but it does call for cacao butter which I have ordered online (from Amazon of course: just search for raw cacao butter 100% pure it should cost less than $10 ) and it keeps forever in the fridge so when you order order in bulk because I promise you will want to make this recipe again and again!

Keep in mind you could easily make this any type of chocolate bark you want, by using other flavored extracts, nuts or fruits or even spices like cloves, nutmeg, cayenne or salt! I'd love to know what flavors you come up with so tag me on instagram @theveganpotter or post a comment below!

Raw Vegan Chocolate Cranberry,

Cinnamon, Almond Bark

¼ cup raw cacao powder (Navitas is my favorite brand)

¼ cup maple syrup

¼ cup cacao butter melted (I use a double boiler on super low heat to melt)

¼ cup slivered almonds

¼ tsp Vietnamese cinnamon

¼ cup dried cranberries

1 tsp vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together and spread out in a thin layer on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Freeze for 30min-1 hr until hardened and break into smaller pieces. Keep in fridge or freezer…..IF it lasts that long!
