Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail (or UPS for west coast locations).
LOCAL shoppers please choose ‘Store Pickup’ at checkout if you’d prefer to pickup at Glaze Handmade during regular business hours.
There is no perfect way to estimate shipping fees so rest assured if my system overcharges you I will refund any shipping overages when I pack your box for shipping.

One of a Kind Fluted Vase with lid
This special piece was part of a collection of 30 one of a kind vases I made honoring women in my life in 2025. This vessel is two piece. The fluted base can be used as a stand alone vase or the lid can be used with built in flower frog. Perfect for self supporting small arrangements. Measures 6” tall with the lid, Diameter of the vessel without the lid is 4” and with the lid 5.5” Glazed in white gloss glaze. Barbara taught Honors English at the Norwich Free Academy, and she had the perfect balance of intimidation and warmth. Her honest criticism helped me hone my writing and whenever I managed to earn a high grade, I knew I had done an exceptional job, because she didn’t hand out A’s frivolously. She taught me that being challenged can bring growth and that writing requires constant revision which helped me grow a thicker skin in preparation for life.
Each one of the Cathy Vases (named after my Mother) measures 5” tall and 3.5” wide and 2” in depth and is carved with a one of a kind design. The Black and white seaweed design has a gloss finish and can hold a small bouquet quite nicely, perfect for any occasion and a modest piece you can leave out year round with or without flowers!
